Problem recording

Sometimes when a program is set to record, In recordings it shows it has recorded but when selected there is nothing there just a black screen ,

Other times it records with very glitchy sound 

also is glitchy when pausing and replaying, this is worse on uhd channels I think

@Jamestracy  could be the early signs of a sky Q box on its way out. Firstly ,however , try a complete reboot of the box (switching off at wall for 30 seconds and restarting)
