Problem reactivating Sky Q account

My elderly mother came to stay with me last November and stayed longer than expected.  So I cancelled her Sky broadband and Q package which was costing £100pm she can't afford as a widow pensioner.

 

I'm about to take her back home and am trying to reactivate her old packages so she has broadband and TV.  Can't find anywhere on the My Sky website under her login (still active) to do this.  Can anyone please advise?  Thanks

I don't think you can do this on the Sky website so if you are able to you will need to call Sky and speak to them about this because presumably you don't have the equipment anymore ?
