I've been through all the online hints and tips to get the apps to load but no joy. They are just so slow but sky says I have internet connection okay and the rest of my technology is working fine.

Hi @Jan59 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

So they do load but only slowly? If the reboot doesn't help, what broadband speed do you get at the router (plug something in if possible to test). Is the Q box elsewhere in the house? If using WiFi what speed are getting there?
