My SkyQ box has recently had issues with connecting to my internet. It's connected by Ethernet cable but I've also tried WiFi and it still won't connect. This is now causing issues as I'm unable to use any apps or use my sky mini boxes.
Seems like it's unable to obtain an IP address.
I've not changed my broadband provider however I did change the package recently (Virgin)
any assistance would be greats
