Ok - me plus neighbours same problem at Lount East Mids we all have Sky q we all have third party broadband. Sky won't hold or keep a connection meaning we can't watch anything that needs downloading I.e Cinema 3rd Party Apps. Engineer booked for Thursday a.m. this might be useful before they come. Some recent work was done in our vicinity to enable full fibre amongst neighbour estate over the road and this problem started when they were connected.
