Prime buffering

We've recently upgraded to full fibre and yet having issues with apps like Prime and YouTube buffering. Seems weird considering fibre should be a better service?

Re: Prime buffering

Should be but network connections are a bit like witchcraft.

My suggestion would be to reset the Sky Q network connections and see if that helps. (There's a reason why "have you tried turning it off and on" is a thing! )

PS If you're using WiFi try to use Ethernet if possible.
