Previously had Discovery Plus

I previously had a discovery + account logged in on Sky, subscription has been unactive for over a year now. I cant access the free discovery + through sky, it doesnt show up in the sky store, when I log in I cant view anything because it askes me to upgrade but theres no option for the sky subscription. Please help.

@Jonw82 what subscription has been inactive for a year it is your Sky subscription or Discovery+ ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Discovery Plus, had a sky subscription for about 6 years now

@Jonw82 then you need to follow the instructions on how to add it to market place then follow the rest of the instructions
