Power surge

My property has suffered a power surge and both of my sky q boxes now don't power up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If they are blown then you need to contact Sky.  You may have to pay for replacements as they are Sky's equipment.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
