Possible hard drive issue

My sky q box is struck on "be ready in a couple minutes" and will not come on,I have unplug the unit a number of times but still no luck,

The unit is back back on,but the hard drive is faulty, as when you try and view recordings,or try and pause,it's says there is a problem with hard drive

Looks like you may need a New Q box then.
