Poor satellite signal

Ive had sky q for years but recently we have been having real problems signal wise making it pretty much unwatchable in poor weather. Nothing has chaged in terms of dish position/obstructions etc. Signal is locked. Wideband LNB. Signal strength in poor weather currently showing around 50, quality is up and down from 40 - 60.  Any ideas please?

@Jase0 your dish may have moved slightly best to get an engineer out to check it
