First thing to note is that on SKY Q the Signal Level indicator can be misleading as it does not report on the current channel but a channel set in an engineer's menu
Is it possible you are just experiencing problems due to very heavy cloud cover ?
If not then, please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
