Poor TNT Quality

TNT picture quality is shocking and stutters and is blurry. Anyone else got this? 
I will cancel if I can't watch it.

SD or HD @Brian+Charles ?

HD but all other channels work fine just TNT sports has the problem. Sky sports HD not a problem.
