No TNT (it's Champions league night!!)

I can watch TNT through Sky Go when the Sky Q box is connected to the app. This is not a signal problem, it's a software issue. Please sort this out Sky. I pay a lot of money to you and you obviously have a fault. The only channels I have an issue with is TNT and it makes no difference as to weather conditions.

@chrispharding  You're not talking to Sky, nothing will be sorted in response to a community post, no one at Sky will know who you are.

 

Have you spoken to Sky at all regarding this issue?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
