Planner on Sky Q
I had Sky Q installed today. I had previously downloaded a box set on Sky+. I can't find planner. Have I lost the remaining episodes?

@Eddieswifey afraid any recordings/downloads on your Sky+ are not transferred to the new box you may still be able to download the remainder of the episodes if the programme is still available to download on, on demand
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

hi @Eddieswifey
Nothing will have transferred from your old SKY + box I am afraid.
the chances are that many will still be available to download again - look in the 'On Demand' section
You can also use the Voice search function.
BTW if you don't have the HD add on, you may beed to be aware that the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then, without the HD add on, when you try to download and watch you will be prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)
In this case just change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
Of course not needed if you have the HD add on
SKY Q may take a bit of getting used to but do check out the videos in the Help section on your Box.
After that don't be afraid to ask

Re: Planner on Sky Q
If you still have the Sky+ box you could probably reconnect it to watch those episodes AS LONG AS they were on free to air channels and don't need a viewing card
Suspect they were Sky content though if a box set so you'll have to download again.
