Pixilated picture when movement on tv

Hi all, hoping you can help, recently I have noticed that the picture on my tv has become pixilated when either people are in a car or they move very fast, it's almost like their is air/vapour around them or something like that, it's not the tv and seems to be just my main box as my mini's seem fine.  I phone sky and they adjusted a couple of things but it's made no difference, any idea's. Thanks

Usuaully motion problems like that are down to a setting on the TV. There are no settings on the Sky box that would cause issues like that. What TV make/model is it?

Hix thank you for your reply, my TV is a Panasonic, TX-55MZ80.
