I live on an apartment woth communal dish.
pixelation happens infrequently but daily often several times. It occurs on main tv and otjer tvs. Most direct to intranet (so like directly to sky router)
Couple tvs not direct.
had engineer for anpther issue and he said hed checked all connections and set ups etc even communal area - all except the dish and said likely the LNB.
because of cost to get engineer put to check dish on roof and because only 7 apartments of which Im only one who uses Sky dish they wont call out engineer for me.
could it be anything else?
any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat's a rather pathetic excuse from your landlord or building management company. I will tag the forums communal dish expert @Godfrey so see if he can offer anything further.
I presume you've tried a reboot of the box? If not reboot the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Thank you for your advice. I have done as you said and waiting to see if any pixelation. So far not but I need to let more time pass to say this worked 100%.
