I can not play recorded channel as it says only TV HD is the only destination you need … asking  for upgrade ?

Which Sky tv platform do you have? Sky Q? Sky+? Sky Stream/Glass?

 

The message you're seeing is not generated by your Sky box. It's a message from your TV. Check your TV user guide.

when I play recorded ... it says  Sony TV HD is the only destiny you need ... find out how to upgrade your subscription to get this channel at skyveiwing.com

No it is generated by Sky Box , 

I can watch other live channel but not recorded one

@Ramshah  That is most definately a TV message and nothing to do with your Sky Q box, the message is normally generated when watching a SD channel via freeview.    The url provided doesn't work so is invalid, any Sky Q box message would show correct urls.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
