I can not play recorded channel as it says only TV HD is the only destination you need … asking for upgrade ?

The message you're seeing is not generated by your Sky box. It's a message from your TV. Check your TV user guide.

No it is generated by Sky Box ,
I can watch other live channel but not recorded one

Find out more@Ramshah That is most definately a TV message and nothing to do with your Sky Q box, the message is normally generated when watching a SD channel via freeview. The url provided doesn't work so is invalid, any Sky Q box message would show correct urls.
