Pixelated picture.

No matter what weather were having i get a random pixelated picture. It doesnt last long but its annoying. Also The F1 channel on at leats 2 occations has lost signal just as the race starts.

May be a slight misalignment of your Satellite dish @dcapo 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
