Pixelated image/stuttering BBC channels only. Every other channel perfect (including UHD).

Hi All,

I seem to be getting random pixelating and stuttering on the BBC One HD and BBC Two HD channels. I have tried all the online help, spoke with two different people at sky and still no luck. I have to watch BBC through iPlayer at the moment. Any recordings from BBC and my sky mini box shows the same issue also.

Every other chanel seems to be working flawless Including sky sport UHD and the signal says good in the settings menu. I am all out of ideas except to assume something has nudged the dish and it needs adjusting? 

I have an engineer booked for the 6th June but thought I would try here as a final resort before the engineer visit.

Update - after a go through more and more channels I have noticed a few more, non BBC channels are doing it too. So I am going to assume this is a dish issue and it needs an adjustment?

@JDB.123  I would suggest trying to power down you box by unplugging it for a few moments if this does not fix your problem then I advise a call to sky for an engineer visit as your dish may have slightly moved.

One other thing to check is that the connections from the dish into the back of your Sky Q box haven't come loose.

Having the same issue on sky q box and mini box.

@lazzer61  If the advise posted in  the thread doesn't resolve the issue you'll need to call Sky.
