Pink display

The sky q mini box was plugged directly into the router with the main box connected to the mini box. Had a power cut today which resulted in loss of connection. The main box is now connected again via WiFi but the mini box displays a pink screen. Have tried resetting it, updating software and reactivating on the main box and still nothing. It shows the text of "screen will go blank, press home"

Re: Pink display

Pink screen appears as soon as the mini box is turned on. No messages displayed on it. The only messages that appear is when resetting it

Re: Pink display

Yes, the TV was on the correct input as it was displaying the start up messages. All has been fixed now as it was due to a splitter issue
