Picture quality

Hi my picture quality is keep coming and going (pixel) I've just had a new sky q box as the hard drive went on the last one, I've checked all cables rebooted several times and it still continues to have a distorted picture the signal strength is showing as 60 at the moment and quality is 90 it's ticked on wide band I've pressed the a0.0.1 option and turned on and off followed all steps on here.  can you check this out for me. I've never had this problem before through winter/storms it was unaffected

Hi I have had an engineer out today. But I still have the pixel issues more so when watching sports or paramount plus can you offer any help/advice  thank you
