Picture problems

My Mothers sky has an annoying problem. She has Sjy Q box.  The picture keeps freezing for a millisecond every second or so so looks like to picture is jumping.  Trying to watch football and its annoying.  Sound is perfect but just an issue with the picture.  Anyone had sonetjing similar or can soneone help

Does it happen on every channel? Is it noticeable on something like the sky news ticker?

It's a bit vague yet. Could it be any image processing on the TV itself? Possibly a hdmi cable.

Is it a long running problem or just new, and have you restarted everything at the wall since noticing the problem?

Hi @GRSTOREY Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
