Hello I have intermittent issue with picture. Pixilated occasionally goes to blue screen and displays error message. This happened first during a period of high winds. So I did not report. However more recently in ok weather still a n issue sometimes. I have sky protect and they booked a tv engineer but I cancelled as it is not the tv that is the problem. When I phoned Sky they did a li e test and said it appears I have an in house set up issue. I phoned and spoke to someone but they did not understand me
