@Pictureissue pixelated picture can be caused by a dish misalignment. Which needs an engineer out to re-align the dish you either need to persist in trying to contact Sky who will send an engineer out, or source your own independant engineer to do the re-alignment but if you choose the 2nd option you would be responsible for any costs involved
