Picture out of focus

Hi @Dimma 

You could try rebooting the Q box but it could be a TV issue;

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Thannk you. I have tried this. Today we had a new Sky router positioned in a different place to the previous and I wonder if the signal is not strong enough?

A main Sky Q box does not use an internet connection for live television: this comes from the satellite dish feed.

A Q Mini box may well be using local Wifi to pick up its data from the main Q box.

I have removed your first post as it is unnecessary to post two threads on the same issue.

I assume that you have a main Q box and a mini.

Which one is giving the issue?

If this is happening on live satellite TV it could be an issue with the TV set.

Is it at all possible to try swapping the TVs round just to check the TV is not the issue

By out of focus, do you mean blurry? If so turning up the sharpness slightly may help it look clearer.
