Had a new box yesterday (Thursday 29 June 23), and when the engineer connected the new Sky Q box all was fine. Everything was OK all the normal size. I carried on watching Netflix and after I was done with that, I went back to Sky. The menu was bigger, the picture was the same. I tried to redo the resolution via the tv remote, nothing. Tried to sort it via the Sky Q box and still nothing. It is also juddering (which is doing my head in).
Is anyone having issues with the new software update (we have version 22). As it's only became an issue after the update.
