Its a bit windy and my sky keeps cutting out, any ideas for help, tried ringing sky

Ok so it's a bit windy and my sky keeps cutting out, tried ringing sky they just sent me a text to this forum, no help at all. can someone help me please its been like this for 2 days and its driving me mad 😠

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
