Picture loss

I keep losing  the picture on Tele split second some times won't happen for days but mostly a regular accurance only since having a q box have noticed my neighbour has a indoor security camera in her window about a metre from my sky dish can this be my problem any help appreciated. Thanks

@Gareth+R+w  It's highly unlike a neighbours security camera will cause this, much more likely to be either the HDMI cable not plugged in properly, or a box issue.
