I've had a new sky Q box and sometimes when I switch it on recorded/apps/ and live tv will jump as they are playing, I've seen a software update for this, I be forced 3 times now and still not corrected it. Is it a faulty hard drive but like I say doesn't do it every time
This forum, because it was a new box it may not have downloaded the latest software
Did someone say there had ever been a fix for that specific problem though? Doesn't sound familiar. Is this a stuttering problem, framerate / buffering?
