We have a multi room package. The picture on the tv in our bedroom keeps freezing and stuttering. We have bought a new cable and also a new television however this has not rectified the problem. I would be grateful if this could be looked into please. Thank you.

@Sal2xx Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot the mini box
