I have also been having these issues. Been having for a while now. When on live tv (no matter what channel) it freezes, breaks up and sometimes gfoes to a blue screen saysing connectivity issues. currenty have powerline adapters in the Main Q box and the mini. Wifi on both boxes are turned off as well. I have had a new Q box and same issue. I have tried another mini box same issue. I have had 2 new Sky routers (when i was with Sky Broadband) and now another ISAP router and same issue. I have tried on wifi only with no powerline adapters, and same issue. When started happening, didnt normally interfere with recordings but it is now. I have no other ideas how to resolve this issue. All other devcices work find when the issues is happening, and also does not seem to affect when watching recordings when using Sky go app.

This has been an ongoing issue for years, particularly with TNT sports recordings on mini boxes.
Went away for a short while but it is worse than ever now.. very frustrating!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSpecific to the local network. Lost data between the Q streaming the recording and the mini. I get very minor breakup very rarely.
I would have to assume the powerlines in the previous post have a less than perfect connection.
