Experiencing continuous freezing & no sound on Sky Q mini boxes. Main box not affected. Internet strong have gone through rebooting ie turned of both main & mini boxes unplugging all numerous times however problems continue. No problems using Netflix, Discovery etc Am very frustrated can't watch Sky without assured picture. Can anyone help?

The Main Q to mini box doesn't use your Internet connection. It creates it's own 5GHz mesh to communicate between the boxes - indeed, this may be clashing with your WiFi connection.
