My itvx app has gone. Ive just got a new main box and card

I had a problem with my old box a new one was sent out. I then had to have a new viewing card. My itvx app has disappeared on my main box.

Although I had to resign on on my mini box app is still there upstairs.

Make sure the Software is up to date on the main Q box.
