Picture Quality

I'm experiencing poor picture quality on some but not all Sky channels, the picture is breaking up pixelating across the screen sometimes one or two lines other times up to half the screen, started on BBC Chanel's 101 & 102 but not limited to just the two, other Sky channels are fine, both BBC & Sky say satellite signals are fine. Any thoughts please.

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system
