Hi @Chloe-W22 The app did work for 2 days but since yesterday it starting crashing again, so still having issues.  Sometimes I can get into a workout then it crashes 10 min in.  This evening it is not working at all.  It goes back to the Sky home page.

As per your post ref spaeking to peleton and updates.

 

I have taken upon myself to speak to them also regarding this issue  and they have again confirmed that this is down to sky..

 

They have stated that they have multiple  complaints of which they have passed over to yourselves.

 

Please can we have some correct up to date information from sky as this has been going on far to long and all is what is happening, is that your customers are paying for this app and because of sky we are not able to access this.

This is beyond ridiculous the amount of Sky subscribers highlighting the issue and we get spardic response from Sky. I am now getting issues with Netflix so is this going to be a issue with all the apps ? Come on Sky ....

We are experiencing the same issue. Logging into the app and starting a workout and it goes black then kicks you back to the home screen. Like others, the app works fine on all other devices. It is becoming increasingly frustrating and clearly not resolved. Please can this be chased again.

When opening the app the screen turns black. I don't even get the log in page. It's been like this for weeks now.

Still having the same issues this end. Increasingly frustrating especially if you are on a time limit to work out.

I've been having this exact same proplem for about 3weeks now! Phoned up sky today and for the first time in weeks the app opened when I was on the phone to the sky employee but tonight when I've come to use it it's not opening again! Typical! I want to be able to use my peloton app as I'm paying a lot for my membership for it not be accessible on all formats! It's very frustrating

So the Oeleton app worked for about 4 days - but now back to the same situation that we had throughout March. Either does not load the app and screen goes black or goes to log in screen and after log in details are entered just reverts to Sky Home Screen. Come on Sky and Peleton sort this out once and for all!

I got the app working again last night and was able to do a yoga workout from start to finish but it still took about 3 attempts of opening and closing the app on sky to get it to opening 🙈 wasted around 15 mins sat waiting for app to respond which isn't ideal

Same here - it's all about persistence. If you get the black screen or get kicked out just keep trying and you'll get in eventually. Normally three or four attempts for

me. Not ideal but it does work.

So weeks later and we are still facing some sort of issue, either persistent or intermittent.

So we are paying for a service provided by Peleton and Sky that isn't working properly. All the complaints listed above, are clearly not working, although I appreciate having spoken and/or emailing  both providers "they are aware of the issues and are working, on a resolution".   Maybe a request for refund/ credit for your subscriptions whilst they are working on it, might be the quickest route to a fix.

I agree. I'm assuming the contract lies with sky as it's on their platform it doesn't work. So I'm thinking sky is the first place to go for a refund. Or I suppose if anyone wants to cancel their subscription it also means the contract has already been violated by sky

I tried calling sky but was on hold for half an hour and still no response. I have factory reset the SkyQ box snd refreshed my apps but still no luck. I can get to the sign in page but when clicking on login, it kicks me out back to the sky home page. We are paying for this service that we cannot use. Can you please resolve this ASAP.

The Peloton App will not open. Just a blank black screen
