When I try to log in to Pelaton app it throws me back to the sky home page.
the previous very long thread says 'answered' by Chloe-W22 but it has NOT been answered or solved yet. Pelaton blaming Sky and Sky perhaps not keeping up with Pelaton software changes!! Get this fixed or give us a rebate on the subscription.

I've given up and now just play through the app on my phone and then mirror with my TV so I benefit from the big screen. If anyone gets the fix please let me know.

Massively frustrated by Sky Peleton App issue as reported by others. App worked fine for a year. About 4 weeks ago service deteriorated to being hit and miss as to whether it would load . But for last 3 weeks either dies not load or loads to log in screen but after entering log in info reverts to Sky Home Screen. Tried the recommended reboots but not resolved, hope this can be fixed soon.

Hi @Chloe-W22. Please could provide an update. The problem has persisted for around 3 weeks now, many of have called the call centre and posted here. The sky peloton app is still not working and I have followed all advice. Thanks S

I am also experiencing the same issue with Sky Q / the Peloton app and have been for weeks! To begin with, the Peloton app was closing down partway through a class, now I can't get into the app at all. The screen is blank and won't load / throws me out. Come on Sky, please get this matter resolved ASAP. This is poor service for your loyal, paying customers.

I have spoken to both Peloton and Sky today and they have assured me they are investigating. It is currently unknown as to what is causing the issue and they apparently hope to update soon or resolve the problem.

I am now finding the same with itvx, Netflix and Amazon prime. There must be some sort of interface issue. Is anybody else struggling with more apps?

I've been having the exact same issues with the app but persistence seems to be the key to getting it to work. It's probably taken 4 or 5 attempts to log in each time but I've been able to do a half hour cycle class three times this week so it does work eventually. Not ideal I know and hopefully a fix is found soon but if you've got time

For the most part I have just been presented by a black screen. I have, managed to log in a couple of times by going back to the Home Screen and retrying. However, when the login has succeeded I do not get the option to carry on my present workout program - just the workouts that are available all the time. Am I mistaken and the sky app does not mirror your usual account app but just gives access to a generic interface.
