Pair my prime membership on my sky q box

when I load prime from the app it is asking me to sign up with monthly fee, I already have prime membership?

@kckevin from memory you should be able to just sign in with your username and password 

can you take a picture of the screen you are seeing

Thanks for your message, I have done it now after 1 1/2 hours. Fixed by going to my prime membership and adding my sky Q device then login is recognised
