Paying for HD i never signed up to

Morning looking at my bill ive noticed im paying for Sky HD and ultra HD i never signed up for these

This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

 

You must have agreed to it at some point.

 

To cancel them you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. 

 

You'll then lose access to any recordings you may still have in those formats.
