Paying for Disney plus

I have tried to pay sky to use Disney plus as it's now included in my package but I already had a Disney account. I've merged the accounts but when I try to pay the £4 it takes card details but doesn't take the money and when I check my account with sky it says it needs completing. Can't get to speak to someone real and the bots keep sending me in circles.
