Can I watch Netflix on a second device

Just signed up to the free 4 month trial but cannot log into a second device as I'm currently away on holiday.

Do I have to activate the offer on my Sky Q box before I can do this.

Last time there was a free trial I watched lots of shows whilst away but this time it wants me to sign up to a plan.

Any help appreciated.
