Password and username

I am trying to renew contract, but having trouble with my username and password when speaking to customer services

You need a telephone password when talking to Sky. If you haven't previously set one up say that at the outset and they'll verify your identity as the account holder by other means. I'm not sure what you mean by username in this context.

I would not give any internet username and password to anyone over the phone.
