I have disabled all the parental controls on my skybox however I still have to put in a pin number on certain channels and movies before the 8 o'clock watershed

hi @Ged163 

When SKY Atlantic & other channels show certain material before the relevant 'watershed' it will always be present & you cannot turn it off

Our advice is to set the PIN to something like 1111 to help enter it when needed
