Parental control
We want to switch off the need for a pin to watch programmes. Everything on settings shows that this is the case, but we are still being asked for a pin.

Hi @SKYFPAKL Unfortunately Sky has to conform to the law. If there was no pin, then Sky would not be able to broadcast any pre-watershed programmes until after 9:pm. The mandatory pin allows then to broadcast age rated programmes before 9:00pm.
