I have cinema so I can watch paramount plus, q box was faulty so I was given sports as a gesture, I didn't want it so after nearly 2 hours managed to cancel it. Some how it was bundled in with cinema and to remove it they had to cancel both and re add cinema, now paramount wont work, I've done all the updates etc, and customer service have been rubbish, any ideas ?
