Paramount +
I have sky cinema package and recently "upgraded" to sky Q.
I can't get into the paramount + app on the sky box. It confirms that I have the version with sky cinema but when I try to log into it, it refuses to accept the details I have with sky.
It originally worked when we 1st set everything up but had to redo everything as we had to replace both the main & mini boxes as they were faulty. During this time I also had to change my account email address as I no longer have access to the previous one.
I do have an old paramount+ account I set up years ago with the now same email address which sky will log into but wants me to pay to use.

@Dang2406 If you used the old e-mail account to set up P+ through Sky then thats the email address you would need to use to log in to access it once in you may be able to update your e-mail to you new one it
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
