Paramount+

Paramount+ worked okay but now I'm unable to activate it. I think it's because I was with Sky then cancelled my contract and rejoined (to get a better deal). I have all the packages so including Sky Cinema however Paramount+ won't reactivate since I've rejoined Sky.

 

I have been on two calls with Sky technical services and have contacted Paramount+ support but cant get anywhere with it. If I do get Paramount+ or if I just sign in I get errors both ways. One says my account is already linked and the other says there is no active subscription which goes against what another screen says.

 

if I go to My Sky it says that Paramount+ has expired? Can anyone help please?
