Sky Q box losing connection to broadband

The sky q tv box says it isn't connected to the internet when it actually is so unable to use apps such as Netflix etc.

 

it can't be the broadband as other devices are working fine. 

 

Sometimes when the box is turned off and back on it works fine other times not. 

any help please ?
