Paramount +

When I signed up to sky cinema I was told I could get paramount + for free, I've signed up and tried to log in and I'm not able to, it does say that the paramount + is connected to my sky account but I've never been able to watch anything. Could you give me some advice on getting it sorted out, many thanks Andrea

Assume you first subscribed to Paramount plus through Sky Marketplace?

I did, and it states I paramount + is connected to my account but when I try to login it won't allow it

Did you then get this screen?

"If you’re eligible for Paramount+ at no extra cost as part of your Sky Cinema subscription, the price will show as £0."

To be honest I think I did, if it was conn to my account then that should be the case shouldn't it

I cannot say whatever you did.

The next step would be to create an account .

Scan the QR code on your smartphone or tablet. Or go to sky.com/paramountplus-activate.

Sign in with your Sky iD and create a Paramount+ account.

 

You then sign into Paramount p,us using the Emaiil and password you set up for paramount
