I am hoping I can get somewhere other than in circles. We have been trying for what seems forever to log in, we had it working on day 1 of the release of Paramount+ on sky Q now we cannot log in, it says password or username in correct (we know it is correct) we do the reset password link and all we get is the link to sign up to paramount, Sky Q says its already linked to paramount. We have done everything on the help guide including refreshing the apps to rebooting and still cannot get access. We also tried Sky customer service and what they told me was exactly what I did paramount + was exactly the same and both providers obviously where reading from a prompt because it was almost robotic. This is so frustrating does anyone know how I can get it sorted
