Paramount +

Paramount+ says it is active on my account but when I go onto the paramount+ app it says I need to activate a subscription? Please can anyone advise how I can fix this? Got absolutely nowhere using the Bot Chat.

You should have a prompt on screen telling to go to ". sky.com/paramountplus-activate" on you computer or tablet  sign in, then follow the on screen steps to crete an account and confirm access,

 I have found out some more information If you have already created an account on Skype.com/paramountplus-activatate. Still log back in to that page and log in with your Sky ID then follow the prompts and it should link your app to to your Sky cinema subscription and you should then see Paranount though you app. I loged on the that page just now to see what said even though I have  Paramount + though the app after logging on with Sky ID it told me I already have it. If you get this message and still don't have it on the app you need to contact Sky,
